For those who want their home cleaned from top to bottom. Best for first time customers, customers who HAVE NOT had a professional cleaning or cleaned themselves in the last 30 days. This allows us more time to be detailed, thorough and be sure to remove all the extra dirt and debris.

When you hire an independent cleaning person, there are some important requirements to be aware of. According to Internal Revenue Service Publication 926, Household Employer's Tax Guide, if you hire someone to do household work and if you control not only what work is done, but how it is done, you are considered to have a household employee. If you are going to hire a household employee, it is important to understand your obligations as a household employer. 

If you are a domestic employer and pay your employee in cash or off-the-books, you are liable for unpaid taxes. Furthermore, your employee is not contributing to their Social Security account and may be imposed penalties for that matter. For more information about household employees, see IRS Publication 926 of the Internal Revenue Service Tax Code.

Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?

Our workers are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time, resource and money is put into the process of contracting, training and managing our personnel. Each worker signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period during which its contract is in full force and for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract termination.

How many housekeepers do you send to clean?

One or Two – but it depends on your home and your needs. On rare occasions, we send teams of three or four.

If there is a problem, who can I call?

If you see a problem while the team is in your home, you can always talk to the team leader, who will make immediate efforts to correct the problem. Or you can contact the office staff, who will work with the team to quickly correct the problem and enforce our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee commitment.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each and every time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, report to us within 24 hours and we will correct it completely FREE of Charge.

How do I pay for my service?

New Customers may be required to make a partial payment a the time of booking. Balance is charged once the service is complete. If you become a Recurring Customer, payments will be charged once the service is complete through a Credit Card on file. For safety and logistic reasons, service personnel are not allowed to carry any form of payment (cash, check or money orders). All payments are charged to Customers credit card.

Do I have to be home when the service crew comes?

Although of course you're welcome to, you don't necessarily need to be home at the time of service. Many of our customers provide us with alarm codes, which we keep in our secure system and is provided to the crew at the time of service. We can also make special arrangements to get access to the house key, when necessary. For security reasons, we don't keep our home keys.

Does someone need to be home when the cleaners arrive?

Nope - However, we would need to know the location of a key prior to arrival, in order to access the property.
Before leaving, our trusted team ensures the security of the property and the key, with the option of video of photo verification.

Do i need to provide supplies?

Nope – we provide all of our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your items, please let the office know beforehand.

Do I need to do anything before the housekeepers arrive?

Yes, please – to make our services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before the cleaning.

Can I request the same housekeepers each visit?

Yup – we will make every effort to have the same team clean your home each visit. However, due to illness, vacations or days off, we can't guarantee it.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for a move-out clean?

Yes, please – we need electricity and water to clean, so please make sure your utilities are still functioning.

What won't ByeBye-Dirt teams clean?

For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans.
